BASIC INFORMATION 


Most of your questions can be answered by simply browsing through our website but we are committed to ensuring that all your questions are answered.  We are not always available on the phone because we are busy training our scheduled members with their workouts so please select the link below, to schedule a time to come in and speak with our staff.  



We offer:


  • No class schedules or sessions- Schedule at your convenience 
  • A state of the art 24 x 24 boxing ring
  • 12 hanging heavy bags
  • Professional speed cycle bikes and other cardio equipment
  • Olympic weight rack and multiple weight machines with all the equipment necessary for powerlifting, squats, and basic bodybuilding
  • And an amazing group of trainers and boxers that will help you get in shape.  



We also offer:

  • Sparring 
  • A great program for youth, youth with disabilities, and at-risk youth, starting at age 10
  • We offer one-on-one and group training
  • Training without the hassle of scheduled classes or sessions.  We train on your schedule


Our Sessions are conducted on:

Monday- 1:15 pm to 7pm

Wednesday- 1:15 pm to 5pm

Friday- 1:15pm to 7pm
