Workouts must be booked daily. 


You must use the same name when booking workouts as you do on your workout.  


Workouts cannot be booked at the time of check-in. You will be asked to leave and schedule a time slot. 


Workouts must be scheduled at least 1 hour prior to your check-in.


PLEASE do not schedule multiple slots for the same day.  ONE SCHEDULE/ ONE TRAINER/ ONE TIME/ PER DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Children under 11 years old must be checked in by an adult or older sibling. 


Parents, when scheduling, please use the boxer's name and not yours.
